This service is for printing only—we do not provide design services, edits, or modifications. Customers are responsible for ensuring their design is properly formatted, high resolution (300 DPI recommended), and correctly sized for their chosen print dimensions. We will print your file exactly as it is received, so please double-check for any errors before submitting.All prints are made to order and typically processed within 48 hours.
Due to the nature of custom printing, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order due to a printing error on our end, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Sublimation Transfers
Your order will be printed exactly as uploaded. Please ensure your file matches the selected sheet size and that your design is properly scaled within the file. The final print will be mirrored for correct readability once pressed. Do not mirror your design—submit it exactly as you want it to appear on the final product.
All custom sales are final—no returns or refunds on any purchases. However, if we are at fault for any reason, we will correct the issue free of charge.
